As we transition into a season of introspection, this experience will help balance and clear your chakras, inviting peace gentleness and alignment within." Following this, we’ll set intentions by lighting a candle, reflecting on how our bodies felt during the movements, and exploring ways to incorporate these practices into daily life. Our workshop will then transition into a gentle, Reiki-infused meditation to calm the body, leading into a soothing and restorative sound bath guided by Assunta.
